Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.


To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all original tags and packaging included.
  • Final sale items are non-returnable unless received damaged or faulty.
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned in their original boxes and dust bags (if provided), placed inside a protective shipping box.
  • When trying on footwear, please avoid marking the soles or damaging the box.
  • Security or brand tags must remain attached and in their original position.
  • Swimwear, lingerie, and hosiery must be returned with hygiene seals intact and packaging unopened. These items must be tried on over your own garments.
  • Jewelry must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging and any certificates.

Please ensure all returns are handled with care. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if returning from a different country than where the order was delivered or if not using our standard return service. Exceptions apply for incorrect, damaged, or faulty items.

We reserve the right to monitor return activity and may restrict future orders if return behavior violates our policy.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
