One Year of Merdulié

One Year of Merdulié

As the sun set over Dorado Beach, Merdulié gathered its community at the intimate Livingstone Library withinThe Ritz-Carlton Reserve to celebrate a milestone that once felt like a distant dream: one year of Merdulié.

What began with a table shared among a handful of supporters has grown into a community that now fills a library. Friends, clients, business partners, and family came together for an evening dedicated to reflection, conversation, and gratitude—marking twelve months of building a platform rooted in discovery, craftsmanship, and connection..

For the occasion, we had the privilege of welcoming Claudia Cándano, Editor in Chief of ELLE México and LatinAmerica and Grupo Expansión, for an intimate conversation that explored storytelling, fashion, and the evolving landscape of luxury. As the evening unfolded, guests gathered over curated bites and Merdul signature cocktails, sharing stories and celebrating the relationships that have shaped our journey.

As a personal gesture from founder Maria Jimenez, each guest received a branded candy bag filled with her favoritechocolates from Milan, the city where her years as a student helped shape the vision that would later become Merdulié. Asmall reminder that behind every brand is a story, and behind every story, a community.

Looking ahead, Genta sees Next Gen Creators expanding beyond traditional creative hubs. Over the next five years, she hopes to bring the platform to growing markets such as Austin, Tampa, and other cities across the United States, continuing to cultivate communities where creativity and entrepreneurship can flourish.

The conversation reflected a shared belief between Merdulié and Next Gen Creators: that meaningful growth begins with community. As Merdulié participates in these conversations during Miami Swim Week further reinforces our commitment to supporting the voices and visionaries shaping the future of fashion, culture, and digital entrepreneurship.
